Arish Tailor Return & Exchange Policy (Short Version)
- Returns: Only accepted for damaged items with an unboxing video as proof. Contact us at designerarishtailor@gmail.com to initiate a return. After two failed courier attempts, customers must ship items back at their own cost.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days after the item passes inspection at our warehouse.
- Exchanges: Allowed within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused with original tags. Only one exchange per item is permitted. Replacement items are dispatched within 2 days of approval.
